Make your very own medieval turnshoes.
The hardest part about making turnshoes has always been the fact that you would have to use manual tools requiring lots of hand strength to sew the shoes. I’ve come up with a “medieval inspired” version of the turnshoe that incorporates a rubber sole that will prevent slippage but will allow you to use your sewing machine (no special needles or attachments needed) and create a wonderful looking turnshoe. The pattern is for a Medieval side-laced turnshoe that allows you to use your own upper material (leather, cloth, etc) to create your signature turnshoes.
This kit comes with the specially prepared sole that is comfortable and makes it simple to sew, a pattern that matches the sole perfectly and the instructions for making the shoes. You use your own material to create the upper, sew the uppers to the soles using the easy-to-follow instructions, add in your own insole and you’ll have a wonderful pair of turnshoes within a short time.
