Our shoes are made with high-quality PU leather& satin that provide durability and comfort, and we accept engraving on most of our leather and satin upper shoes. However, please note that different materials may require different engraving processes, and not every shoe is accepted for customization.

▷When personalizing your shoes, you can select from four formats: name only, date, or name+date, or a a simple sentence, with no more than 20 characters (not including spaces).

▷The location of the engraving can also be customized, and you can confirm any location you want by sending us a message. By default, we will engrave the shoes on the outside of the toe of both shoes, as shown in the picture.

1. For CUSTOMIZATION: As these shoes are custom-made for each individual, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. It is crucial that you are confident of your shoe size before placing your order. We have provided the length of the shoes for your reference, and if you are uncertain of your size, we recommend measuring your feet.

Location: You can send me a message to confirm any location you want, as long as we can do it. If you don't have one, then we will engrave it on the outside of the toe of both shoes. Please refer to the location circled in the picture.

NOTE: If your feet are wide, I recommend choosing a larger size.
